Banlabat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting service provider, operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between Banlabat and its members. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that:

• One Person, One Account: Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.

• Account Security: Keeping your password and login details confidential is your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Keeping Your Contact Details Up to Date: If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account accordingly — otherwise you may miss important notifications.

Before closing an account (for reasons other than a terms violation), the member will be notified and given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

Banlabat makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of its platform. However, liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unforeseen technical failures (Force Majeure).

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the complaint can be escalated to senior management. Banlabat aims to provide an initial response to all complaints within 72 hours.

Banlabat may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
